  • Prompts you save are private and belong to you.
  • Admins may only access prompts in limited cases (troubleshooting or abuse).
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. API Keys

  • The Prompt Lib allows you to use your own API keys for AI models.
  • You are responsible for all activity associated with your API keys.
  • We encrypt and secure keys, but we are not liable for misuse or costs from their use.

4. Availability

  • We aim to provide stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or error-free performance.
  • We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time without notice.

5. Communication Preferences

  • Essential communications (such as account recovery and security alerts) will always be sent.
  • Updates and announcements are optional and require you to opt in. By default, these communications are turned off.
  • You can manage your communication preferences in your account settings or by contacting us.

6. Liability

  • The Prompt Lib is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not responsible for losses, damages, or costs resulting from use of the service, including but not limited to: downtime, lost prompts, or unexpected AI outputs.

7. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here, and continued use of the service means you accept the revised terms.
